DESCRIPTION:This is our monthly social gathering\, which incorporates membe
 rs of The London Java Community and Graduate Development Communities. This 
 will be a chance to meet with some senior developers to find out what they 
 would advise about getting into the industry. It is an informal social even
 ing with no agenda - most of the evening will be spent having ad-hoc inform
 al discussions in small groups.\n\nWe have booked out the top floor of [the
  Porterhouse ][1] in Covent Garden [http://www.porterhous...][2] \, the ven
 ue is beautiful and they have beers from all over the world. \n\nThe event 
 will kick off at 6:30 PM and usually goes on until around 11:30 with member
 s coming and going at all times throughout the evening. We usually attract 
 50 – 70 members so it is a lively event in which members\, both junior and 
 senior\, can connect in a relaxed atmosphere and set the development world 
 to rights. \n\nThis is a chance to come along and meet\, and chat\, with ot
 her members of the London Technical Community. It is a great chance to meet
  other developers and has attracted members of all levels\, I'll also be on
 site so if anyone is looking for free recruitment advice it's a great chanc
